It all started a few nights ago when i had a dream where I was playing chess with a cute, sad elephant...i have really awesome+weird dreams lately :P Then I just started seeing those images on my way to work. At work, I sketched it with a really bad ballpoint pen and loved the idea...So today I made it happen.

Mostly done with colored pencils, and the background is done with pastels.

You stretch the imagination. There's a question that pops up here... not as though it's the purpose of the drawing but, how intelligent are animals really, lol, who knows how smart they are when we turn our backs to them. Its very playful and imaginative. The colors really pop, and your use of pastels is a smart move. It really gives it the style. I wanna dream there... where all the dead conquered peaces float like angels as animals morph and play a game of chess on the back of a girraffe. Oh man. Starting to sound like a Shirley Temple song...

thanks :) well there's nothing new actually...i don't know what good things you've been talking about lol, everything is just good as it was :) my creativity is more of an inner prossess, inspired by inner things not outer. and i'm glad about your Ninjitsu ! that's great :)
